In general the components I show here are usually available from very different producers. That mean you can use similar component from your preferred brand.

Keep in mind that you need only one central unit (Hub), sensors can be use for several solutions parallel and often (but not always) the here mention relays coming with 2 independent channels.

Control your central heating - Don´t waste money because your central heating is running without need.

Control underfloor heating - Underfloor heating systems are slow in reaction time. That's what you need to make them more smart.

Bathroom - An example to increased the comfort in your bathroom.

Coming home - Make your home welcoming you.

Light control at night - Don´t get blind when you waking up at night, going to the bath

Saving electric on hot water - You have a electric hot water boiler? No need to keep them "ON" all the time.

Be informed about power failure while you are away from home - No reason to loose all the frozen foot just because you missed that the electric power went off.

Get warned before a fire break out - One smoke sensor can save you a lot of money and nerves.

Get warned when the Carbon monoxide get´s to high - Carbon monoxide is highly poison. Don´t risk your life when you enjoy your open fire in the lounge and falling into sleep.

Get warned if mould become a threat - This solution can warn you right before you see the mould growing behind the wardrobe.
